Casa & Craft provides handyman, repair, installation, and home maintenance services as described on our website. The exact scope of work for any project will be confirmed with you before work begins.
Estimates & Scheduling
Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of request and may be adjusted after an in-person assessment. Appointments are scheduled based on availability, and we will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes in a timely manner.
Payment Terms
Payment terms, including deposits and final payment, will be communicated at the time of booking or estimate approval. Full payment is generally due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand plans change. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Repeated late cancellations may be subject to a scheduling fee.
Workmanship & Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. Any workmanship-related concerns should be reported to us within a reasonable time so we can address them. This does not extend to normal wear and tear or issues unrelated to the work performed.
Property Access & Safety
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas of your home where work is being performed. We take care to protect your property, but ask that valuable or fragile items be secured in advance where possible.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Casa & Craft's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
